The practical rules behind a booking — what a day includes, what costs extra, and what happens if plans change.
What a day includes
A standard day with a driver is ten hours and 100 km within the city, counted from the time the vehicle reaches you. Beyond that, the vehicle’s hourly overtime rate and per-kilometre rate apply — both are listed on every vehicle page before you book.
Fuel
Unless the vehicle page says otherwise, fuel is paid by the customer. The vehicle is handed over at a known fuel level and should come back at the same level.
Outstation and northern trips
Outstation rates are quoted per day and assume the driver stays with the vehicle. On multi-day trips the driver’s meals and accommodation are the customer’s responsibility, which is standard practice locally. Some routes require a 4x4 — we will tell you if the vehicle you picked is not suitable rather than let you find out on the road.
Self drive
Self drive is available on selected vehicles only. It requires original CNIC, a valid driving licence, and a refundable security deposit held for the rental and returned after the vehicle is inspected. Traffic fines incurred during the rental are the driver’s responsibility.
Changes and cancellation
Plans change and we would rather you told us. Cancel or move a booking with reasonable notice and there is no charge. Same-day cancellation on a vehicle already dispatched may be charged at the positioning cost.
Damage
Vehicles are inspected at handover and on return. Damage beyond normal wear is charged at cost. We photograph vehicles before every self-drive rental so there is nothing to argue about later.
