Privacy notice
Short version: we collect what we need to quote and arrange your trip, we do not sell it, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
What we collect
When you submit a quote request we store your name and phone number, and — if you provide them — your email address and city, along with the trip details you enter: dates, pick-up location, passenger count and any notes.
We also record which page the request came from. That tells us which vehicles and routes people are actually looking at; it is not linked to anything else about you.
Why we hold it
To price your request, arrange the vehicle and driver, and contact you about that booking. That is the only reason. We do not sell or share your details with third parties, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are retained so we can honour repeat bookings and resolve questions about a past trip. If you want your record removed, contact us and we will delete it, except where we are required to keep it for tax or legal reasons.
WhatsApp and phone
If you continue a conversation on WhatsApp, that exchange is also covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms, which we do not control.
